The Region of Waterloo describes an online payment platform accessible directly or by scanning a QR code printed on your Penalty Order, plus telephone payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Visa Debit through a separate line (519-575-4400). In-person payment is also available at multiple Region of Waterloo locations, Monday to Friday, using debit, major credit cards, cheque, or money order.
